Empire Bichons was Born out of the love of Bichon Frise and the true companionship and versatility they bring to our lives; a breed celebrated for its elegance, constancy and longevity. We have dedicated ourselves to preserving the artisanal standards of the breed, ensuring that every dog we produce embodies the timeless grace and high-end companionship that defines our family.
Ashley has been a lifelong dog enthusiast. She started out in Boston Terriers as a child and moved into Poodles as an adult, Producing Champions and competition dogs alike. With travel for competitions becoming more common the move to a Bichon was natural. Napoleon came on board and the rest is history!

Our start in the breed with our first Bichon, Napoleon, was bittersweet. He is an amazing show dog, awesome zesty companion and water dog and was meant to be the start of my program and my continuing partner in competitive grooming. Sadly, Napoleon has graded bilateral Patellar Luxation. While we could overlook that in an effort to reproduce his other amazing traits, for us, the chance of reproducing a health issue like Patellar Luxation takes that off the table.
